- Purpose: Identify support systems and any familial patterns that may contribute to the child's anxiety.
4. Coping Technique: Building a Support System (5 minutes)

- Introduce the concept of a "support team".
- Discuss family members, friends, teachers, or other trusted adults.
- Activity: Create a “Support Team” list that the child can decorate and keep for reference.
