Session Structure

2. Check-In (10 minutes)

3. Exploration of Thoughts and Feelings (15 minutes)

- Homework Assignment: Encourage the patient to identify one enjoyable activity to engage in before the next session.
- End on a Positive Note: Remind the patient that small steps towards engagement are important and can lead to significant changes over time.
